• Personal Data: Your name, email address, and profile details that you voluntarily provide when registering an account or contacting us.
• Design and Usage Data: Vehicle photos you choose, generated renders, saved finishes, quote data and details about visualizer activity.
• Device and Technical Data: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, and behavior on our site collected via standard browser storage (localStorage) and analytical tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the visualizer tools and calculators.
• Manage your user account and process your subscription/lifetime purchases.
• Enforce plan limits (such as monthly free AI render caps).
• Respond to support requests and send essential transactional emails.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve user interface design and performance.

3. Uploaded Photos and Renders

Basic on-screen preview work happens in your browser. When you request an AI-assisted render, the selected image and instructions are sent to the rendering provider needed to complete that request. Generated results may be stored with your account so they appear in Projects; a render is made public only when you choose to share it. Do not upload an image you do not have permission to use.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with service providers that operate the product, including Supabase for authentication, database and file storage; AI infrastructure providers used to generate requested renders or text; analytics providers; and Paddle for payment processing as merchant of record. They receive only the information needed to provide their part of the service and process it under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

5. Data Retention and Security

We store your account profile, custom saved finishes, and uploads for as long as your account remains active. We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can manage your saved finishes directly from your dashboard. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us.
